Property in Greater Noida - Real Estate Greater Noida Discussion

This is one of the most happening places in terms of real estate development. Situated in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, it is part of National Capital Region and came into existence in the year 1991. The location of this city is enviable; it is just an hour’s drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport, close to railway stations of Ghaziabad and Anand Vihar, and with the work going on the Greater Noida Corridor, it would also bring Delhi Metro here which will further boost connectivity ties between the two cities. Wide roads, ample greenery and adequate space in a good and tight budget for all segments of investors attract people to this city. The infrastructure is spot on and it is due to this development, that major IT firms have opened their offices in this city. Several educational institutions and major economic bigwigs have also made this place their home. Integrated Transport Hub, Biotech Park, Greater Noida Ganga Water Project and other infrastructural projects that are under construction make this a place to check out for investors. Almost entire Greater Noida is still untapped in terms of property, yet, certain areas like those around Pari Chowk standout for their open commercial and residential spaces. There are other areas like Eldeco Green Meadows, Omega-I, Chi-Phi and Zeta-I too which are also good for investment, if real estate analysts are to be believed. In terms of malls, pubs and other recreational outlets, Greater Noida is still catching up, but with investor confidence in the city growing and with more and more people coming here for checking out real estate here, the scenario is bound to change soon. So far, this city has an enviable range of flats, apartments, studios and others, and builder activity is quite intense here.
